What to Expect:

 

Assessment Prep: 

Questionnaire: Before our meeting, you'll fill out current health, lifestyle, nutrition & movement habits, health concerns, goals and desired outcomes. 

Day 1: Assessment Session (60 minute Zoom):

In-depth review of your food log, eating patterns, habits and lifestyle, followed by targeted follow-up questions personalized nutrition recommendations. (key focus on nutrition strategies for hormonal health, focusing on easy ways to improve metabolism, cholesterol, and fat loss around the midsection, especially in midlife)

Day 2: Game Plan Session – Strategy & Support (90 minutes):

Before our meeting you will have received your personalized Blueprint plan (nutrition, movement, strength training plan, guidelines, etc). Includes helpful cheat sheets and PDFs too. 

Bring your Blueprint questions to session and we will talk through potential challenges or barriers (mental/physical/emotional). I will provide guidance on Behavior Change tools to support sustained progress. Set up clear, actionable goals and personal habit-tracking systems to keep yourself accountable and on track
